Seafood Mixta Paella- Clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari, chorizo, saffron fumet, and lemon and peas.

 Valencia Paella– Chicken and Chorizo Paella with garbanzo beans, roasted red peppers, lemons, and peas

Squid Ink Paella–  Calamari with Squid Ink, roasted red peppers, and sweet tomatoes

Wild Mushroom Paella- (vegan) Roasted Cauliflower, garbanzo beans, asparagus, lemon, and peas

Lobster Paella– Whole cold water lobster tails, saffron fumet, lemon
